Is It Safe to Pay?

Yes. All payments at Stilfullt are handled by certified payment providers that meet the latest security standards (PCI DSS). Your card and account details are never shared with us directly – the payment provider processes them in encrypted form.

When Will I Be Charged?

If you pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, the amount is charged when you place your order.

Problems with Your Payment?

If something went wrong during payment, there can be several reasons – insufficient funds, details entered incorrectly or a temporary problem at your bank. Please try again, or use a different payment method.

Is the amount reserved on your account even though your order wasn't completed? This is an automatic authorisation hold that your bank releases within a few working days. It is not an actual charge.
